Teressa’s Story
Teressa is a strong and amazing single mother of three. When she was just 19 years old, she was a volunteer firefighter with a promising career. She shared how much she really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, after making some bad choices she found herself in a bad situation with two children, one on the way.
Teressa knew she had to do something so she decided to take control of her life after her third child was born. She found a good job in the security industry and fell in love with it. So much so, she decided to go back to school and study Criminal Justice. Teressa hopes to graduate March 2021.
When Teressa discovered she was getting a Saturn, she became emotional. She use to have one and sold it to help her parents financially. That left her in the situation with no transportation. No doubt it was the hand of the Lord that allowed God’s Garage to gifted her the same type of vehicle, a Saturn she so loved.
Personal Note: Teressa sent God’s Garage a special text the following weekend, thanking all for her vehicle. She shared how excited her children were and it came just in time for one of their birthdays. This car was just like a gift for them as well.
